How we operate

Plymouth Charity Trust prioritises the safety, wellbeing, and protection of each of our residents without judgement.

Our team has a genuine commitment to the welfare of every person, and together we form a stable support network that provides the essential assistance needed in difficult times.

Trustee body

We are run by a Trustee body, a team of dedicated volunteers who support the key members of staff who manage the daily running of the charity.

Our Trustees are unpaid volunteers who give up as much free time as needed to help manage the Trust. They have a wealth of professional skills including Project Management, Legal, Financial Management, Health and Safety, Engineering and Property Maintenance.

Our Manager and Admin Assistant are both highly skilled professionals who have grown with the charity and taken a range of professional courses to enable them to meet the requirements of a modern day charity. Along with the Warden, they actively build key relationships and are a friendly, familiar face to our residents.
