Plymouth Charity Trust proudly offers two historic Alms-houses that have been modernised to house a range of studio and one-bedroom apartments, along with outdoor spaces to enjoy. Heles Terrace boasts 60 thoughtfully designed one-bedroom homes, providing easy access to local transportation networks. Lanyon House, on the other hand, offers 15 cosy studio flats within walking distance of the vibrant city centre and local amenities. We strive to meet the unique needs and preferences of our residents and because of this we are soon to introduce two new purpose-built developments. Plymouth Charity Trust will be launching Grenville House — a purpose-built facility designed with modern comforts and accessible amenities to support independent living for longer. This new addition will further expand our offerings, ensuring even more individuals can benefit from our commitment to independent living within a supportive community.
